That’s why we designed our special monthly plans that promote long-term wellbeing, reduce negative behaviours and create a calmer, more socialised pet when they’re with us, but also, and more importantly - when they’re at home.

HOW TO BOOK A DOG WALK OR PET CARE SERVICE WITH US

1 - Request a Callback
Complete the enquiry form, and a member of the team will call you back to discuss your specific needs in more detail. Based on your request, we will suggest the next steps for fully onboarding your dog. We always ensure you get the best value from our services and you’re under no obligation to proceed.

2 - Meet Your Handler
Once your first service is booked in, we’ll send out our experienced handler to meet you and your pet and conduct their first service. This type of in-service meet and greet allows our handler to assess your pet in real time scenarios. We’ll document what they get up to and update you along the way.

3 - You’re in the TAD Club 🎉
As long as you’re happy with everything, then so are we. Your onboarding is now complete and you can book in regularly with us via one of our subscription plans, or use us on an ad hoc basis when you really need some care.
After 3 months you’ll also be upgraded to our Loyalty Pet Parent Programme which rewards you with discounts on certain services, and other perks for you and your pet!
