Last Updated 5th April 2022

TAD endeavours to follow Government advice and guidance regarding COVID-19 safety rules so that we can keep you safe at all times.

To find out further advice from the Government, check the latest updates for England here.

Based on the updated announcements on the 1st April 2022, TAD wants to continue to help dogs in need and can do that by following these simple guidelines:

Dog Behaviour Consultation

  • If you already have a one - to - one consultation booked with TAD, and test positive for COVID19 or someone else in your household does, then please contact me immediately so we can risk assess. The result of which will typically be either to postpone and reschedule your session, or look at alternative methods of meeting, but at a safe distance, in a safe manner.

  • Should you or someone in your household test positive for COVID19, you will be asked to complete a COVID-Safe Questionnaire prior to your consultation.

  • Anti-bac is carried at all times and will be used by myself prior and after our consultation. Maskโ€™s can be worn during our session if that would be your preference.

  • TAD can now recommence travelling around the UK. Please drop an enquiry form via the contact page so we can call you for a no obligation chat.

Dog Walking

  • Will ressume as normal, however we would kindly ask that if you are suffering from COVID19 symptoms, or have tested positive within 72 hours of our agreed service, that you notify us immediately so that arrangements can be made to ensure we keep staff safe, but dogs exercised.

  • We would encourage that you wash leads or trainings tools, towels etc atleast once a week, or even after each use to minimise the spread of germs.

Daycare | Pet Sitting | Homeboarding

  • Have resumed as normal, however, we would again kindly ask that you notify us if you, or someone in your house has tested positive for COVID19 within 72 hours of our agreed service. Where possible, we will always endeavour to carry out the required care assistance, but may need to make small arragements to keep all staff safe.

Again, if you or anyone in your household is displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or has tested positive, you must declare this with us, and complete the COVID-Safe Questionnaire so that we can assess and review the situation with you. Please contact us directly to request a COVID-Safe Questionnaire.

Please note, certain criteriaโ€™s may apply, and TAD regrets that not all cases will be accepted.
