Refer a Friend – Free Daycare Offer

  1. Eligibility

    • The referral programme is open to existing customers of The Animal Days Ltd.

    • Referrals must be genuine new customers who have never previously used The Animal Days Ltd daycare services.

  2. Referral Reward

    • Existing customers will receive one free daycare session for each successful referral.

    • There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

  3. Qualifying Referral

    • A referral qualifies when the referred customer:

      • Books daycare services with The Animal Days Ltd.

      • Pays for their daycare booking.

      • Attends and completes their booked daycare service.

    • Dog walking, pet visits, boarding, pet sitting, grooming, wedding services, or any other services do not qualify towards this promotion.

  4. Exclusions

    • You may not refer:

      • Yourself.

      • A spouse, partner, or member of your household.

      • The same person more than once.

      • Existing or previous daycare customers.

  5. New Customer Offer

    • Eligible new daycare customers may take advantage of our introductory offer of 3 Daycares for £99 (including VAT).

    • Standard daycare pricing is £48 per day (including VAT).

    • Monthly daycare memberships are available from £168 per month.

  6. Reward Redemption

    • Free daycare rewards will be credited once the referred customer's qualifying daycare service has been completed.

    • Free daycare rewards must be redeemed within 1 calendar month of being issued.

    • Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for alternative services.

  7. Referral Time Limit

    • Referred customers must book and attend their qualifying daycare service within 14 days of the referral being submitted.

    • Referrals that do not complete their daycare service within this timeframe will not qualify for the reward.

  8. General

    • Daycare available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

    • The Animal Days Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.

    • The Animal Days Ltd reserves the right to refuse referrals where abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the promotion is suspected.

    • Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

    • Free daycare rewards are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
