We love the work we do for your pets, and our team work hard to provide you with the best care throughout the year.

But as Santa makes his way to the chimney.

And the elves get a little bit naughty, so do some of our team! 😂

So, we’re closing for Christmas and New Year to make sure the whole gang can have a bit of well-deserved mulled wine and a couple of minced pies….

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR MY PET?

This means that if you have a recurring pet service (i.e. a dog walk, or a half day care), booked for a day that falls within a Bank Holiday or our Christmas closure it will be automatically cancelled from the diary. 

You can of course use a different day for your booking - just give us a message and depending if you’re on a subscription package, or pay per service we will sort that out for you.
