Previously, we offered a loyalty discount scheme based on how long you’d been with us—1, 2, or 3+ years—but we’ve decided to simplify things.

LOYALTY DISCOUNTS FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS ↘
Say you book your first ever walkies on 20th August 2024, and you keep coming back for more. Then on the 21st August 2025, you’ll be automatically upgraded to a loyalty member and from that date you’ll start to receive a discount across all of our services.
WHEN DOES IT END ↘
The good news is it doesn’t really. We’ll only remove the loyalty discount if you stop services for more than 2 months, or terminate your agreement completely with us.
WHAT DISCOUNT DO I GET? ↘
As of 1st January 2025 our loyalty discount rate is set at 8% across all services.
