VAT’s coming: here’s the price update
From 1st December, all our pay-per-service prices will include 20% VAT, as required by HMRC now that we’ve reached the VAT threshold.
When we launched our subscription packages, VAT was already included in those prices to help keep dog walking and pet care affordable for everyone.
Since 1st September, we’ve been personally absorbing that 20% VAT cost to give our clients time to adjust.
From 1st December 2025, VAT will be added to all pay-per-service bookings.

PAY AS YOU GO - VAT pricing 🦖
To help with this transition, we’ll continue honouring your 8% loyalty discount until 31st December.
From 1st January, all loyalty discounts will be set at 5%, with eligibility starting after 8 months instead of 12, so clients can enjoy their loyalty rewards sooner.
Below, you will find the pay per service prices and the additional VAT costs involved, based on the 8% loyalty discount.
We will refresh the prices again closer to the end of the year.

KEY DATES SUMMARY ⤵️
1st Nov all loyalty customers that wanted to switch, are now in their switch over phase. Once your final pay per service pet bill is settled, and your direct debit is set up your switch will be complete.
12th - 24th Nov all our active customers will be invited to choose a package and set up a subscription plan, if they would like to.
1st Dec all our pay as you go services will include 20% VAT in the final price.
31st Dec the 8% loyalty discount will reduce to 5%
1st Jan loyalty customer eligibility will reduce from 12 months to 8 months
