We understand that price increases aren’t always great, which is is why our loyal pet parents receive a little extra protection.

Whever we increase our standard service prices, eligible loyalty customers will continue to enjoy their previous price for an additional 60 days.

After this period, the updated service price will apply, with your 10% loyalty discount continuing as normal.

No forms, no applications and no fees!

We’ll automatically recognise your eligibility and apply your loyalty benefits to qualifying bookings.

🎁 Monthly Loyalty Prize Draw

Every month, we’ll randomly select one lucky member of our Pet Parent Loyalty Programme to receive a surprise gift from The Animal Days!

So, how does it work?

  • Start using our dog walking, daycare or other eligible pet-care services.

  • After 3 months of continuous custom, you'll become eligible for our Pet Parent Loyalty Programme.

  • Once eligible, your loyalty discount and price protection benefits will be applied automatically. You’ll also be entered into our monthly prize giveaway!
