Hopefully you saw our last newsletter about the introduction of subscription packages coming into play from the 1st Nov.
The prices have been finalised and we are very pleased to share them with you below.

Social Dog Subscription (1 pet) - £59.99
Social Dog Plus (2+ pets) - £79.99
What you get:
6 × Walks or Pet Visits per month (30 mins or 60 mins)
2 x Day Care per month (9-5 or up to 24hr)
Active Dog Subscription (1 pet) - £129.99
Active Dog Plus (2+ pets) - £149.99
What you get:
12 x Walks or Visits per month (30 mins or 60 mins)
6 x Day Care per month (9-5 or up to 24hr)
Top Dog Subscription (1 pet) - £189.99
Top Dog Plus (2+ pets) - £209.99
What you get:
Unlimited Walks or Visits per month* (30 mins or 60 mins)
10 x Day Care per month (9-5 or up to 24hr)
*Unlimited = capped at 24 visits per calendar month
Can I still use Pay-per-service?
Yes!
Of course you can still use pay per service, but those stand alone services will see a price rise coming into play from 1st Jan 2026.
We’re just finalising those prices, and will send out more info towards the end of the year.
What’s next?
Our loyalty customers will be invited individually to discuss if they wish to switch over to a new subscription based package in readiness for the 1st Nov.
We will also let you know how we plan to be considerate with your affordability if you do switch; by this we mean that there will of course be a payment required for pay-per-services we’ve conducted inbetween your last bill, and your switch over.
However Jessie or Amy will discuss this with you personally during your call.
We’ll keep all of our other pet parents updated through emails, so please make sure you’re on the mailing list - so you don’t miss your switch over invitation!
